STORMZY CALLS OUT THERESA MAY ON GRENFELL IN BRIT AWARD PERFORMANCE

Stormzy flipped the script on his televised BRIT Awards performance, delivering a powerful message to Theresa May and calling her out on the tragic Grenfell Tower incident.

The Croydon artist was scheduled to be performing his stand out Gang Signs And Prayer track, “Blinded By Your Grace”, which he did with amazing showmanship, before delving into an unheard track. Select lines in the song were directed at the Prime Minister, with Stormz demanding to know where the aid money has gone.

71 people died during the tragic fire in West London, with more being injured, while many residents are still yet to be rehoused by the government.

Stormzy walked away with two Brit Awards on the night, for Best Album and Male Solo Artist Of The Year, and also performed his hit single “Big For Your Boots”.
