B YOUNG, NOT3S & RAMZ DOMINATE THE CHARTS

The charts have become a playground for the UK artists. Each week the chart is punctuated with artists from every corner of the scene, with no sign of it changing anytime soon. Let’s take a look and see this week’s chart standings.

The infectious banger of the moment “Barking” still remains in the top three despite slightly dropping one spot now hanging on to the number three spot. Expect plenty more from Ramz, to see exactly what he has in store for us, be sure to pree our exclusive interview with the man right here. Make sure you check our other exclusive with Ramz and Amelia from Chicken Shop date; for a series of awkward encounters in Real Ting From Barking.

Not3s, who’s quickly become known for providing wavy hook after wavy hook, has two of his tracks inside the top 20. His solo offering placing ever so slightly higher than his collaborative effort with Mabel, “My Lover” comes in at number 14.  “Fine Line” featuring alongside the aforementioned Mabel places at number 17. Not3s is most definitely hot property at the moment featuring on both Fredo and Mist’s new projects that have just dropped.

Raye is another hot prospect for 2018, similar to Not3s she has two big tunes in the charts simultaneously.  Her track featuring Mr Eazi, “Decline”, claims the number 20 spot which got a cold remix from Z-Dot and Jaykae, which you can check out here. Raye’s other wavy banger “Check”, is a collaboration with another serial hit maker Kojo Funds, and enters the charts at number 33. The tune reminiscent of summer time is certain to climb up ranks in the coming weeks.

Dave and Mo Stack have become something of an immovable object, coming in at number 23- they’ve held onto this region of the chart for a whopping 18 weeks and counting.

Similarly the J Hus’ “Bouf Daddy” has been going strong for 13 weeks, keeping opposition at bay and hanging onto the number 26 spot. The biggest climber this week is the inescapable track from B Young “Jumanji”, which is now comfortably inside the top 30, sitting at number 27 after finding itself at number 43 just last week.

Steel Banglez’s hard collaboration with Yungen and MoStack rounds out the top 30, holding onto the number 29 spot. Rated Awards’ producer of the year Steel Banglez is sure to have more tracks in the charts next week, with Mist’s album Diamond In The Dirt, which features more impeccable production from the man who has been branded as the UK Dr Dre. Check back next week to see how Mist and Fredo fare in the battle for chart domination.
